Terms and conditions of use
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Ledgi Cards, you agree to these terms. Ledgi Cards is operated by Ledgi Technologies, a brand of MZ Unlimited LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. One person may hold multiple accounts for different professional roles. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Digital business cards
Cards you create are your responsibility. You must not publish misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content on your cards. Public card pages are accessible to anyone with the URL. You retain ownership of the content you publish. Ledgi Cards may display a 'Powered by Ledgi Cards' badge on public card pages.
Contact capture and data
Contact capture forms are intended for consensual business networking. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD) when collecting and processing contact data through your cards. Captured contacts are stored in your workspace and are not shared with other users. You may delete contacts at any time.
AI enrichment
AI enrichment is an optional feature that processes captured contact data through third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini). AI-generated insights are provided as suggestions and should not be relied upon as factual. You are responsible for configuring your own API keys for AI providers. The heuristic fallback operates without external API calls.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free plan users may use the platform with feature limitations as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Intellectual property
The Ledgi Cards platform, including its design, code, templates, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Ledgi Technologies / MZ Unlimited LLC. Wallet templates are licensed for use within the platform only. You retain ownership of the content you create (card details, contact data, custom branding).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting support. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for more than 12 months. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Limitation of liability
Ledgi Cards is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: data loss, service interruptions, AI enrichment accuracy, third-party service availability, or damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
